3-Day EAPD Workshop, Bonsall, CA

Join us at Horse Spirit Ranch November 14-16, 2014 for Equine Assisted Personal Development (EAPD) Course.  Chris is at the forefront of an international “horse sense for human potential” movement. During the last few years his EAPD  courses have become wildly popular as personal growth workshops.  Chris designed his EAPD curricula to provide participants with a solid foundation of personal integrity with both horses and humans.  Horses as “teachers and healers” often reflect back to us what we most need to learn about ourselves.  By learning to “walk your own talk” of balancing an equine mindset, both consciously and unconsciously, with our own human perspective, respect and appreciation for the symbiotic relationship that exists between the two species becomes self-evident.  A dynamic, cutting-edge repertoire of knowledge can then be presented with “ah ha!” results in many EAP fields – be it corporate leadership, personal coaching, family counseling, mental and physical health and healing, parenting, teaching, etc.

Each workshop is limited to 8 participants.  Horses will be provided for the practical hands-on work. Participants may bring their own horses but do not need to have their own horse to attend. Each of the 3 days will be a balance of groundwork with the horses combined with “circle time” in group discussion as to how the evolved methods of working with the horses can be directly applied to training ourselves to be the best that we can be. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the season, protective sunscreen if applicable, and hat and gloves for working with the horses outdoors.  A notebook will also come in handy.
